Apologetics Bible Class

Bible Study Hour

Fellowship Bible Study Join Pastor Ramstad in the Church Fellowship Hall each Sunday morning for the Fellowship Bible Study. This group of nearly 50 adults enjoy learning together about a variety of topics throughout the year. The class is open to all adults, and is held between the two Sunday services from 9:15 to 10:15 am during the school year. Confirmation Class — Wednesdays, Grades 6 and Up

Church Council Meeting

Coordinating Mission and Ministry Through servant leadership, Immanuel’s Church Council works to coordinate the programs and activities of the various departments of the Congregation, with representatives from the Boards of Assimilation, Christian Day School, Christian Education, Elders, Evangelism, Finance, Property Maintenance, Stewardship, and Youth. The Council’s regular meetings are on the third Tuesday of each month. The women of Immanuel Lutheran Church gather once a month for the Lutheran Ladies Lunch — good food, warm fellowship, and encouragement in Christ. All women are welcome to join us at Club 1201 in Joplin.

Helping Hand Sunday

On the last Sunday of each month, Immanuel Lutheran Church collects a special Helping Hand offering at the doors after worship. These gifts support local Joplin charities that walk alongside neighbors who are struggling to make ends meet — making a difference for Jesus’ sake.
