2026 Time and Talent Survey

Every member has something to give. Tell us what you would like to do this year — it takes about five minutes.
Let us know how you would like to be involved at Immanuel Lutheran Church in the year ahead. We ask our members to fill out a new survey yearly, so we can help to get you connected to the many ways that your gifts can be used to serve God and His people in this place.
There are two surveys — one for adults and confirmed members, and one for children and youth through 8th grade. Choose yours below and we will show you only the questions that apply to you. Each person in your family fills out their own.

Each person fills out their own. Pick the one that fits, and we will show you only the questions that apply.
Filling one out for more than one person in your family? Do them one at a time — we will bring you back here when you finish each one.
Questions About the Time and Talent Survey
Who should fill this out?
Every member. Adults and confirmed members — including anyone in 9th grade or above — use the adult survey. Children and youth through 8th grade use the children and youth survey. Each person fills out their own, so a family of four turns in four surveys.
How long does it take?
About five minutes. The survey moves one section at a time, and nothing is required except your name and a way to reach you. Check as many or as few things as you like.
What happens after I turn it in?
You will get an email listing what you told us. The chairperson of each area you checked will be in touch about how to get started. If you checked something and never hear from anyone, please let the church office know — that is a problem worth fixing.
What if I change my mind, or check the wrong thing?
Your confirmation email includes a private link that reopens your survey with your answers already filled in. Change whatever you like and save it again — it replaces your earlier answers rather than creating a second copy. You can also simply reply to that email and we will fix it for you.
Can I still fill out a paper copy?
Yes. Paper copies are available at church, and they are entered into the same place as the online responses. Nothing is lost by using paper — use whichever is easier for you.
Who sees what I share?
Only Immanuel staff and our ministry leaders, and only so we can connect you with ways to serve. It is never published, sold, or shared outside the congregation.
