Principal Mollie Ramstad leads Martin Luther School — Immanuel Lutheran Church’s PreK–8th grade Lutheran day school in Joplin, Missouri. Her formation at Concordia University—Nebraska reflects the deep Lutheran conviction that education is a vocation — a calling to serve God and neighbor through the gift of teaching.
Mrs. Ramstad began serving Martin Luther School as Interim Principal in December 2023 and has since led the school through a full LCMS accreditation review — achieving 8 Strengths, 0 Deficiencies, with the school’s Power Hour program receiving national recognition as a Powerful Practice. Under her leadership, Martin Luther School continues to pursue rigorous, faith-formed education, holding to the conviction that every student is a unique creation of God, known by name and called to grow in wisdom and faith.
Mrs. Ramstad serves alongside her husband, Pastor Christopher Ramstad, and DCE Jason Glaskey — together supporting the mission of Immanuel Lutheran Church and Martin Luther School: grounded in Christ, guided by grace, and growing to serve.

Education & Credentials
Mrs. Ramstad holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Music Education from Concordia University—Nebraska (2010) and a Master of Science in School Administration from Wayne State College in Nebraska (2024). She has also completed Principal 360 leadership training.
