This week during Jesus Time we will be learning about Jacob and his son Joseph. We will also be talking about how God gives us people to take care of us. The Bible says, “God gives good gifts.” Matthew 7:11 |

Our theme for the week is: Nursery Rhymes We will be learning different nursery rhymes. Monday– Little Miss Muffet Tuesday– Three Little Kittens Thursday– The Gingerbread Man Friday- The Three Little Pigs

We have been using our mathematical skills as we complete the calendar each morning. We have especially been working on counting the days and learning the days of the week. We even learned a special days of the week song. This week we will be enjoying a variety of centers during Center Time. We are working on learning our colors and shapes through a variety of fun activities. We will also be using our fine motor skills and language skills as we complete art projects. As the children think and talk about the tasks they are completing they are expanding their vocabulary and learning many vital social skills. Ask your child to tell you what they did at school each day to give them more practice. |
