We have been using our fine motor skills as we play with shaving cream! This is a great way to get our hands and fingers ready for handwriting. This is something that you can have the children do at home as well. Just simply squirt regular shaving cream on the table and let them practice “writing” in it with their fingers. We will be enjoying a variety of centers during Center Time. We will working on learning our colors and shapes through a variety of fun activities. We will also be playing in feed corn in our sensory tub. As the children talk about their experiences they are expanding their vocabulary and improving their language skills. Ask your child to tell you what they did at school each day to give them more practice. |
